Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation / サブスクリプション解約

English:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@tirol.link. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods
  • Your account data will be retained for 90 days, after which it may be permanently deleted

  • 現在の課金期間終了まで、プレミアム機能へのアクセスが継続されます
  • 次回以降の課金期間には請求されません

2. Refund Policy / 返金ポリシー

⚠️ No Refunds for Digital Services / デジタルサービスの返金不可

English:
Due to the nature of digital services and automated data delivery, all payments are non-refundable. Once you gain access to the platform and analytical data, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • Subscription fees (monthly or one-time)
  • Partial subscription periods
  • Unused portions of your subscription

デジタルサービスおよび自動データ配信の性質上、すべての支払いは返金不可となります。プラットフォームおよび分析データへのアクセス後、以下については返金できません：

3. Exceptions / 例外

English:
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If our platform is completely inaccessible for more than 7 consecutive days due to technical failures on our end
  • Duplicate Charges: If you were charged twice for the same subscription period
  • Unauthorized Charges: If charges were made without your authorization (requires verification)

4. How to Request a Refund / 返金リクエスト方法

We will review your request within 5 business days and respond with our decision.

5. Premium Plus One-Time Purchase / Premium Plus単発購入

English:
The Premium Plus one-time purchase (¥68,000) is strictly non-refundable once the exclusive analytical data has been delivered to your account. This is due to the immediate and irreversible nature of data access.

Premium Plus単発購入（¥68,000）は、独占的分析データがアカウントに配信された後は厳格に返金不可となります。これはデータアクセスの即時性および不可逆性によるものです。

6. Chargeback Policy / チャージバック方針

English:
If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend your account access
  • Permanently ban your account if the chargeback is found to be fraudulent
  • Pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Please contact us first at support@tirol.link to resolve any payment disputes.

7. Changes to This Policy / ポリシー変更

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
